And now I’m going to rant about Google.

About 2 months ago I read a very interesting post on my trusty Lifehacker Feed. I love this. It is undboutedly the best RSS Feed on the net when combined with Google Reader. It said that, should I want to add anither login name, I could do this by changing my Picasa Web Albums username. Sure enough, it worked!

So about a week ago, when I came up with name dynamization, it hit. I NEED A GMAIL ADDRESS! So I sent a precaucionary test email to dynamization@googlemail.com. I got no response, and even more concerningly, it didn’t turn up in my mailbox. Problem.

Google Mail now says that this email address is not available and repeated searches through Google Help (which is useless) have hown me that now it is my username it can never be a gmail address. Ever. Damn.

Oh Well.

My search continues for a Google Administrator.
